Common Examination(Summative III) Time Table for Classes I-IX in AP Schools

CCE Mode Common Exams System for 1st to 9th Classes/AP SCERT Common Examination System for AP Schools: AP Common Examination Summative III Plan Of Action 2016/ AP Introducing of common examination system for I to IX classes for SA III, Time Schedule for the conduct of Examinations, CCE mode Common Examination Summative III: Andhra Pradesh desires to conduct Common Examination from class I to IX for all the students studying in the State irrespective of Managements. As per the reference of AP GO. 2, Dt:29/10/2015 a Common Question Paper for Summative-III will be developed by the SCERT and the same shall be used by all the schools under all managements and in all media from classes I-IX for Summative – III Examination.

OBJECTIVES:
  1. To conduct common examinations in all schools recognized by the govt. of A.P duly maintaining secrecy at all levels
  2. To assess achievement levels of students from class I – IX under CCE mode in all subjects at all levels (School, Mandal, District, State and nation level)
  3. To give proper feedback to the concerned viz.. Students themselves, their parents, schools, authorities.
  4. To prepare a plan of action and to set targets to overcome the shortcomings in the concerned areas to the respective districts for the forthcoming academic year.

  7. Spot valuation Center at Mandal / School complex level 
  8. Computerization of results at district level.
  9. Analysis and Interpretation of results at state level.

State level :
Director RMSA, Director SCERT, Professors of SCERT, Director, Government Examinations

District level :
District Educational Officer, A.C. examinations, Principal DIET, Secretary, DCEB, AMO of SSA, One Dy.EO, One MEO

Mandal level:
Mandal Educational Officer, School Complex H.Ms, One Strong Teacher 

FEE STRUCTURE:
  1. For all Govt. Institutions  requirements will be meet from SSA, RMSA funds.
  2. For all Private Institutions Managements may pay Rs. 75/- per student.
  3. Do not collect examination fee from students of both Managements.

CONDUCT OF EXAMINATION:
  1. Primary and U.P level:
  2. Jumbling method for the allotment of invigilators
  3. Head Master may retain in School
  4. Private school teaching staff also act as invigilators & Evaluators 
  5. One examination per day.
  6. The Headmaster / Invigilating staff should collect Question Papers from MEO 
  7. Answer Scripts handed over to MEO with proper labeling on the same day.
  8. Take a Photograph after signing of the invigilators on the QP bundle.
  9. Take a Photograph after packing of the answer scripts and to send the same to the concerned MEOs / Complex H.Ms.
  10. Evaluation of Answer Scripts in the Mandal level Center.

High School level:
  1. Jumbling method for the allotment of invigilators
  2. Head Master may retain in School
  3. Private school teaching staff also act as invigilators & Evaluators 
  4. One examination per day.
  5. For class VIII Morning  Physical Paper Afternoon Biological Science Paper.
  6. For class IX Morning First Paper, After Noon Second Paper.
  7. The Headmaster / Invigilating staff should collect Question Papers from A.C. / DCEB Secretary. 
  8. Answer Scripts handed over to MEO / Dy.EO. with proper labeling on the same day.
  9. Take a Photograph after signing of the invigilators on the QP bundle.
  10. Take a Photograph after packing of the answer scripts and to send the same to the concerned MEOs / Dy.EO.
  11. Evaluation of Answer Scripts in the Mandal level Center.

COMPUTERIZATION: Student wise marks should be computerized and uploaded in the prescribed website.
