Step 1. Visit http://www.tslprb.in & Click “Apply Online”
Step 2. Payment of Registration Fee: Mode of Payment (Any of the 2 Modes)
A. TS Online / AP Online / Mee Seva (e-Seva), B. Debit card / Credit card / NetBanking
After your Payment is successful, (A “Transaction Id.” will appear on the screen. Note down the “Transaction Id.”, which will also be sent through SMS to the Registered Mobile No. then proceed with the “Application Form” filling process.
Step 3. Fill the Application Form with the required details. After completion, verify ALL details carefully and click on “SUBMIT”.
Step 4. Filled In Online Application Form will be generated which contains “Registration No.” and application details
Step 5. Save the “Filled In Online Application Form” and take a Print. This “Filled In Online Application Form” should be Submitted in the Examination hall. Use the Registration No. for future correspondence.

User Guide to fill Online Application Form of TSLPRB Test 2016
The candidates are required to be ready with the following mandatory / optional details to fill in the
appropriate fields before filling the Online Application Form:
The Mandatory / Optional details are as follows:
1) SSC or equivalent certificate
2) Intermediate or equivalent certificate
3) Marks memo of 1st year and 2nd year of Intermediate (SC/STs only those who have not passed intermediate)
4) Community certificate
5) Certificate of Non creamy layer status for BC candidates
6) Proof of residence certificate in the scheduled area for STs and Aboriginal tribes
7) State Government employee service certificate
8) Service certificate in the Army, Navy or Air Force of the Union of the India
9) NCC instructor service certificate
10) Retrenched temporary employee certificate in the State census dept.
11) Study certificate (s) from 4th to 10th class
12) Residence certificate
13) Home guard certificate
14) Ex-Servicemen certificate
15) For in service personnel of Army, Navy, Air force due to be released from service within one year from date of notification, no objection certificate for civil employment
16) CPP/CDI/CSPF/NCC/MSP certificates
17) Copy of Driving license
18) Copy of Driving license Information (Grant of issue of Driving License)
19) Any other relevant document
Centres for Preliminary Written Test (PWT) / Physical Measurement Test (PMT) / Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Final Written Examination (FWT) in 10 Districts of TS

Step 1.  You can type the website address http://www.tslprb.in, press ENTER button and you will see the TSLPRB Home screen displayed on the computer screen. In this home page following documents available in the website and then proceed to the Step 2:
a. Click on ‘INSTRUCTIONS’ in the Menu Bar and take printout of the Instructions to candidates (PDF Format) and go through it carefully.
b. Click on ‘NOTIFICATION’ in the Menu Bar and take the printout of the Notification (PDF format) and read it carefully.
c. Click on ‘USER GUIDE’ in the Menu Bar and take the printout of the Notification (PDF format) and read it carefully.
d. Click on ‘MODEL (Dummy) Application’ in the Menu Bar and take the printout, keep it ready after writing down the details in the same sheet for easy online filling and convenience

Step 2. Click on the “Apply Online” field as shown encircled below. A new page will appear on the screen consisting of “Instructions to the Applicants”. The Applicants are supposed to go through all the Instructions mentioned on this page carefully and follow them meticulously: After having gone through the instructions in the above page, the applicant is supposed to select the “I AGREE” option (as shown encircled above) by clicking on it and later proceed to the Next page by clicking on the “Continue” button provided at the bottom of the page.

In the new page, select the appropriate Registration Fee payment mode
A. (TS (AP)-Online / Mee-Seva / E-Seva or B. Credit or Debit card / NetBanking).
A. (TS (AP)-Online / Mee-Seva / E-Seva
i) If the payment mode selected is TS (AP)-Online / Mee-Seva / E-Seva, follow the instructions given in the screenshot above of the “Registration Fee Payment Procedure” web page.
ii) After clicking the above button, the “Payment Verification” web page will appear.
iii) Fill in all the details in the respective fields and Click on the encircled button “Proceed to Fill Online Application Form”.
For example, refer the “Payment Verification” web page with the details entered: The Payment is made through TS(AP)- Online and the remaining required details (Transaction Id., Date of Birth, SSC hall ticket number) are entered. After clicking the above encircled button, control will directly proceed to the Step 7 where the Online Application Form will be displayed on the screen. Ignore Step 6 as it belongs to Debit card / Credit card payment mode.

B. Credit or Debit card / NetBanking).
i) If the payment selected mode is Debit card / Credit card / Net banking, follow the instructions given in the web page and Click on the encircled box below: If the selected payment mode is through the CREDIT / DEBIT CARD/ NETBANKING (PAYMENT GATE WAY) the control will be navigated to the “Payment Gateway”, for payment purpose.
ii) Once the payment is completed, the candidate will be automatically redirected to the www.tslprb.in web page to complete the Online Application Form with the mandatory / optional details. (NOTE: During the Payment process, DO NOT double click on buttons or click on Back / Refresh buttons or DO NOT close the Browser web page abruptly.)
For example, after filling the mandatory details and selecting the Card Type click on the “Make Payment” as shown above.
NOTE: The candidate is advised to preserve the Reference Id. and Transaction Id. for the future correspondence or even when there is a problem in filling the Online Application Form.
On the screen and the candidate has to enter the mandatory details like Reference Id., Transaction Id. (both already acquired and Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket no. as shown in the example below and then click on the encircled button “Proceed”

Step 3. Proceed to fill the “Online Application Form”. Please note that in the Online Application form: (A Model of the Online Application Form is available for your reference on the TSLPRB website. The ONLINE APPLICATION FORM comprises of SIX stages to enter the details and
SUBMIT. They are as following:
Stage 1: Basic Details
Stage 2: Post Preferences and Unit preferences
Stage 3: Special Category Stage 4: Educational Details Stage 5: Address
Stage 6: Print Application
The Applicant has to satisfy with the details filled at ALL the stages in order to COMPLETE the process and SUBMIT the application. Once, the Application is submitted, any requests for editing the details will NOT BE ENTERTAINED, hence, BE CAREFUL while filling the Application form.
Also, note the candidate can SAVE the details at each Stage by clicking the “SAVE & CONTINUE” button available at the end of each page/stage so as to proceed to the next page/stage. The Applicant can navigate among the above Stages/Forms by clicking on the relevant stage in the HOme Page.
Step 4. Filled In Online Application Form will be generated which contains “Registration No.” and application details
