Grading Based On Mentoring and Monitoring Team Reports

Awarding title-Grading Based On Mentoring and Monitoring Team Reports: Performance of each MPS in the state may be assessed based on certain parameters developed hereunder. The schools may be awarded “#Inspiring School”, “#Progressing school”, and “#Miniature school”. These titles can be awarded on the basis of performance as mentioned below.
School:
a. Proper maintenance of school ambience
b. Implementation of teaching learning activities as mentioned in item No. I of the document c. Implementation of CCE as mentioned in item No. II of the document
d. Implementation of proposed spectrum of activities as mentioned in item No. III of the document
If the school is implementing 100% of each of the above said indicators it can be awarded “inspiring school”
If the school is implementing 75% of each of the above said indicators, it can be awarded “Progressing school”
If the school is implementing 50% of each of the above said indicators, it can be awarded “Miniature school”

Head Master:
a. Maintenance of the school as per the guidelines
b. Execution of the curricular activities as mentioned in the item No. I and II
c. Initiatives taken to implement activities mentioned in the item No. III
d. Performance of the Head master as mentioned in the item Nos. IV, V and VI
If the H.M is implementing 100% of each of the above said indicators, he can be awarded “Inspiring H.M”.
If the H.M is implementing 75% of each of the above said indicators, he can be awarded “Progressing H.M”.
If the H.M is implementing 50% of each of the above said indicators, he can be awarded “Miniature H.M”.

Teachers:
a. Preparedness of the teacher
b. Implementation of the teaching learning activities as mentioned in item No.I
c. Implementation of the CCE as mentioned in the item No.II
d. Implementation of the spectrum of activities as mentioned in the item No. III
e. Attendance
f. Appraisal of PINDICS
If the Teacher is implementing 100% of each of the above said indicators, he can be awarded “Inspiring Teacher”.
If the Teacher is implementing 75% of each of the above said indicators, he can be awarded “Progressing Teacher”.
If the Teacher is implementing 50% of each of the above said indicators, he can be awarded “Miniature Teacher”.

Students:
a. The performance of the students is to be graded based on LINDICS in each subject.
b. The students’ performance is to be seen as school’s performance. Thus the award won by
the school itself reflects the awards of the students.
c. Teachers in each class also award their students with different titles for encouraging active participation in all the curricular and extracurricular activities.

This grading is to be done for every term by conducting a district level conference by inviting deliberations from mentors, MEOs, AMO, Dy.Eos of their respective divisions, under the guidance of the DEO and DPO SSA.

These grades along with the District consolidated report has to be submitted to the state as given in the annexure
