CTET 2018 Answer Keys to be released on ctet.nic.in

CTET 2018 Answer Key expected to release at ctet.nic.in. CBSE has conducted the CTET 2018 on December 09, 2018 across the country. The answer key of CTET 2018 will be released soon on the official website of CTET at ctet.nic.in. Candidates who have appeared in the examination will get stipulated time to download the answer key once released.

CTET Answer Key

CTET 2018 examination comprised of two papers- Paper I and Paper II. Paper I was conducted from 2 pm to 4.30pm and Paper II was conducted from 9.30am to 12noon. CTET was conducted at 2144 centers across the country for around 17 lakh candidates. The examination is the benchmark to acquire a job in any central government school across the country.

The answer key and the OMR sheet will be released on the official site at the same time. Candidates can download it when released for which they have to pay Rs 500 per OMR sheet through Demand Draft in favor of Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education drawn on any Nationalized Bank and payable at Delhi.




How to download the Answer key of CTET 2018:
Step 1: Go to the official website: ctet.nic.in

Step 2: Search for "CTET Answer key" on the home page

Step 3: Click on the Answer key link

Step 4: A new web page will be displayed

Step 5: Download the Anwer key of Paper I or Paper II

Step 6: Check your marks with these answer keys

CTET 2018 Answer Keys to be released on ctet.nic.in

As per the official schedule released for CTET 2018 exam, the results will be out within six weeks from the date of conduct of the examination. Candidates have to keep a track on what CBSE, the exam conducting body has released or notified through the official site.




The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has successfully conducted the 11th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2018 December 9.  The test was conducted in twenty languages in 92 cities all over the country. The online application process was started from August 1, 2018 and the last date for submitting online application was August 27 and fee was paid up to August 30.

The aspiring candidates, who had appeared for the examination, are now waiting for the CTET 2018 Answer Keys. The CBSE is likely to release the CTET Answer Keys for 2018 examination within this week. Therefore the candidates are advised to keep checking the official website for the updates.

Candidates to get Marksheet in Digital Locker:
The CBSE had informed that the CTET 2018 marksheet and Eligibility Certificate to be sent directly in candidates' digital locker. These documents would be digitally signed and would be valid as per the IT Act. The successful candidates, who had participated in Paper I, would be eligible for any test/recruitment for Classes from 1 to 5th however, the candidates who would qualify Paper II, would be eligible to teach the students of classes from 6 to 8.

CTET Qualifying Marks and Awards of CTET Certificate:
The candidates, who had appeared in CTET 2018 examination, will be issued Marks Statement. The Candidates securing minimum 90 marks out of total 150 (i.e., 60 per cent) would be issued Eligibility Certificate. This Eligibility Certificate would be valid for a period of seven years from the date of declaration of the result.




How to Get Duplicate CTET Certificate:
A candidate can get a duplicate copy of Marks Statement or Eligibility Certificate by paying the prescribed fees by way of Demand Draft in favour of Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education drawn on any nationalized bank, payable at Delhi.

CTET Score Applicability:
As the name suggests, its a test conducted all over India and all govt and govt-aided schools in Union territories and KVS, NVS, Central Tibetan Schools accept the CTET scores. CTET may also apply to the unaided private schools, who may exercise the option of considering the CTET.




CTET OMR Answer Sheets:
The candidates who appeared in CTET 2018 on December 9, 2018 may download the scanned images of OMR answer sheets and the CTET answer key from the official website, ctet.nic.in, from December 28, 2018. The CTET answer key and the OMS sheets will be available till December 30, 2018. According to a statement from the CBSE, there is a provision for the candidates to challenge the CTET answer key through a link, which will be available on the official website from December 28, 2018 to December 30, 2018 (till 5.00 PM).  A fee of Rs.1000/- per question will be required to be submitted through credit or debit card for challenging the CTET answer key. The fee once paid is non-refundable, said Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

If the challenge is accepted by the Board i.e. if any mistake is noticed by the subject experts in the answer key, a policy decision will be notified on the website and the fee shall be refunded, CBSE said in a notification regarding CTET answer key. The refund (if any) will be transferred online to the concerned credit or debit card account number.  "The candidates are advised to pay from their own credit or debit card. CBSE's decision on the challenges shall be final and no further communication will be entertained," said the CTET answer key notification.
