IBPS Clerks Result 2017 for CRP Clerks VII Preliminary Exam Declared, Mains on 21st January 2018. IBPS Clerk Prelims Exam Result 2017 for Phase VII has been declared on Friday by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) on it official website – ibps.in.  IBPS had conducted the Preliminary Examination for the CWE Clerks VII recruitment on 2nd, 3rd and 9th December 2017, earlier this month. IBPS aims to fill 7,000 vacancies for clerical posts in the 19 participating banks. Candidates who had appeared for the IBPS CWE Clerks VII Preliminary exams can follow the instructions below and check their result now.

How to check IBPS Clerk Prelims Exam Result 2017
Step 1 : Visit the official website - http://ibps.in/
Step 2 : Click on the notification that reads, "Click here to view Result Status for Preliminary Exam of Common Recruitment Process for Clerical Cadre Phase VII (CRP Clerks-VII)"
Step 3 : It will take you to a login page, where you need to enter your Registration number or Roll number and Password or Date of Birth, security code to login
Step 4 : Preview your result and download
Step 5 : Take a printout for further perusal

The result will be available till 4th January 2018 on the above url. Candidates have cleared the preliminary round, will be eligible to appear for the Mains exam scheduled for 21st January 2018. Call letters for the same will be released shortly on the official website of IBPS.

IBPS Clerk main examination paper pattern
The paper will be divided into the following four sections:
The IBPS Clerks Main Examination will comprise 190 questions carrying 200 marks divided into four parts viz:
General/ Financial Awareness - 50 questions carrying 50 marks
General English - 40 questions carrying 40 marks
Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude - 50 questions carrying 60 marks
Quantitative Aptitude - 50 questions carrying 50 marks
Total marks: 200

There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked in the objective tests. For each wrong answer, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty. If a candidate leaves a question unanswered no penalty for that question will be charged.

IBPS Bank Clerks Recruitment 2017 Prelims Results will be expected. IBPS clerical preliminary exam was held on 2nd, 3rd, 9th & 10th December 2017. The exam was conducted through out the various centre in the country. The IBPS Clerk prelims exam result will be declared before 2018. Every student is waiting for the time when their obtained score in the examination will be announced. For passing the prelims exam every student required to obtain a minimum score in each test of prelims. On the basis of the score of the particular area wise vacancies, cut-offs will be decided and, then only, a candidate will move for the next stage of the exam i.e. Mains exam of IBPS Clerk. According to the experts, the exam level was moderate and according to that expectations are made about this year cut-offs. Because it's not easy to predict the cut-off marks at this stage but certain presumption have been chalked out by the experts about this year cut-off.

The IBPS Clerk cut off depends on the following factor:
1. A number of applicants who appeared for the exam.
2. A total number of vacancies announced for the exam.
3. The level of complexity of the exam

To calculate the IBPS Clerk cut off of 2017, there are two methods- overall category wise as well as section wise. A candidate will only be qualified if he clears these two steps. So it means aspirants have to qualify the above stages to clear the first stage of the post then only they will be eligible for the Mains exam.

IBPS clerk prelims 2017 admit card:
IBPS Clerk Exam 2017 Admit Card Released, Download Now:  IBPS Clerk admit card 2017 has been released. The exam is scheduled to be held on 2, 3, 9 and 10 December. Candidates can download the admit card at the official website ibps.in. Pre exam training for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes/ Minority Communities/ Ex-Servicemen/ Persons with Benchmark Disabilities categories will be over tomorrow. Candidates can download the admit card using their registration number or roll number and password or date of birth. IBPS Clerk admit card is available at the official website ibps.in.

Online registration for the recruitment had begun in September 2017. The recruitment for filling up 7884 vacancies will select eligible graduates for clerical cadre in 19 participating banks. The selection process involves two stages - Preliminary exam and Main exam. Candidates who qualify Preliminary exam will only be allowed to appear in the Main exam. The final selection will be based on the marks scored in main exam. 'Internet based Call letter download depends on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of Applicants trying to download the Call Letter at the same time etc. Therefore, if you are not able to download the Call Letter immediately, please retry after a gap of 5 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night,' says IBPS in case there are issues while downloading the admit card.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is expected to release the call letter or admit card for the IBPS clerk preliminary examination 2017 (CWE Clerk VII) 10 to 15 days prior to the test, an official, who is not authorised to speak to the media, said on Monday. Accordingly, candidates can expect the admit card to be released around November 17 for the online exam that is scheduled to begin on December 2. Candidates should note that Hindustan Times does not have any firm date for release of admit card of the exam.

Steps to download the call letter after they are released:
1) Go to IBPS’s official website
2) Click on link for download of CWE- CLERK -VII - Preliminary Exam Call letter on top
3) You will be directed to a new login page
4) Enter registration no/roll no and password/DOB in dd-mm-yy format
5) Enter Captcha code and click on login to download the call letter

Exam pattern:
The preliminary exam will be of one-hour duration with three sections carrying 100 marks for 100 questions. To be successful, candidates need to qualify in each of the three sections by securing the cut-off marks set by the IBPS.

One-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for each wrong answer. There will be no penalty for leaving questions unanswered. IBPS issued a notification in September, saying it will conduct the exam on December 2, 3, 9 and 10 to fill up 7,880 clerical posts in participating banks.

The IBPS Bank Clerks Recruitment 2017 Preliminary Exams Results to be out later in December. The main exam will be held on January 21, 2018. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the notification for recruitment of Clerks. The Common Written Exam (CWE) Clerk VII will be conducted in December this year. IBPS will begin the online application process for recruitment of clerks from September 12, 2017. A total of 19 banks are participating in the CWE for Clerk this year with the vacancies amounting to 7884. The minimum eligibility qualification for the recruitment is a graduation degree. The selection process remains the same as last time with IBPS conducting a preliminary qualification round and then Main exam.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must have a graduate degree in any stream from a recognized University in India.

Age limit:
Candidates age limit should be between 20 to 28 years as on 01-08-2017, i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1989 and not later than 01-08-1997 (both dates inclusive). Relaxation of age will be applicable up to 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates & other relaxation details refer the notification.

Educational Qualification:
Candidate should possess Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government & Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Computer Operations/ Language/ should have studied Computer/ Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/ College/ Institute.

Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Online Examination (Preliminary and Main).

Application Fee:
Candidate should pay Rs.100/- for SC/ ST/ PWD/ EXSM candidates and Rs.600/- for all others through online by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ Master Card/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
