The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) on May 5, 2019. NEET UG 2019 registrations to begin from November 1. 1. వైద్య విద్యలో ప్రవేశాల కోసం నిర్వహించే ‘నీట్‌ (యూజీ)' పరీక్ష వచ్చే ఏడాది మే 5న జరగనున్నట్లు సమాచారం.
2. ఇందుకోసం దరఖాస్తుల స్వీకరణ గురువారం (నవంబర్‌ 1) మొదలై నవంబర్‌ 30న ముగుస్తుందని నీట్‌ను నిర్వహించే జాతీయ పరీక్షా సంస్థ (ఎన్‌టీఏ) వర్గాలు వెల్లడించాయి.
3. వచ్చే ఏడాది ఏప్రిల్‌ 15 నుంచి అభ్యర్థులు అడ్మిట్‌ కార్డులు డౌన్‌లోడ్‌ చేసుకోవచ్చని.. జూన్‌ 5న ఫలితాలను వెల్లడిస్తారని పేర్కొన్నాయి.
4. అధికారిక నోటిఫికేషన్‌ నవంబరు 1 విడుదలయ్యే అవకాశం ఉంది.
5. ఎన్‌టీఏ.ఏసీ.ఇన్‌ వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో ఈ వివరాలు ఉంచుతారు.
6. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఎంబీబీఎస్, బీడీఎస్‌ కళాశాలల్లో ప్రవేశాలు కల్పించేందుకు నీట్‌ నిర్వహిస్తారు.
7. క్రితం సారిలాగే వివిధ భాషల్లో పరీక్ష ఉంటుందని, ఆఫ్‌లైన్‌ పద్ధతిలోనే ఇది జరుగుతుందని ఎన్‌టీఏ వర్గాలు తెలిపాయి.
8. క్రితం సారి విధానాన్నే ఇప్పుడూ అనుసరించాలని ఎన్‌టీఏ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది.

The NEET medical and dental entrance exam will be held once a year and in pen-paper mode. From now onwards, NTA would conduct NEET, along with JEE (Main for admission to engineering colleges, twice a year. This test was being conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) till 2018.

The responsibility of the NTA will limited to the conduct of the entrance examination, declaration of result and providing All India Rank to the Directorate General Health Services, Government of India for the conduct of counselling for 15 per cent All India Quota Seats and for supplying the result to state/other Counselling Authorities.
How to Apply for NEET UG 2019:
Candidates are reminded that only online application forms for NEET 2019 would be accepted. To apply, students are required to log in to the official website of NEET 2019 which is NTAneet.nic.in and click on Apply Online link – which is now active. Follow the instructions and upload the image along with your signature to complete the form. All students are also reminded that the allocation of examination city would be strictly on first come first serve basis. Hence, it is always advisable to apply at the earliest. The online portal for NEET 2019 would be available until November 30, 2019.

Step 1 - Candidates can apply ONLY ONLINE.

Step 2 - Online submission of application may be made by accessing the Board’s website www.NTAneet.nic.in Instructions for submitting online application and payment of fee are available on website.

Step 3 - Candidates may remit the fee in the following manner:
a. Through any Debit/Credit Card
b. Net Banking/UPIor
c. e-wallets of different service provider

NEET UG 2019: Exam pattern
NEET is a three-hour long exam which includes three sections - physics, chemistry and biology
Of the total 180 questions, 90 would be from biology and 45 each from physics and chemistry
Preparation syllabus includes the whole of Class 11 and 12 standard NCERT textbooks in the respective subjects
Every correct answer would fetch you plus four marks and every incorrect answer results in a negative mark
Questions that are not attempted do not have any penalty marks.

The Supreme Court on September 26 declared the Centre's flagship Aadhaar scheme as constitutionally valid but said Aadhaar need not be made compulsory for school admissions, CBSE, NEET and UGC exams.

NEET 2018: Details
The NEET 2018 was conducted on May 6 and CBSE declared the results on June 4. Among the lakh of candidates who cracked the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2018, 19-year-old Krishan Kumar from Sakhwara panchayat in Rajasthan's Dholpur district successfully cracked the exam.
