TSWRJC CET 2019 for TS Social Welfare Inter 1st year admissions: TSWRJC CET 2019 has been issued by Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad and Last date to apply is January 23 for TS Social Welfare Entrance Test for admission into 1st year intermediate for the academic year 2019-2020 in TSWR Junior Colleges. Online Applications are invited for admission into Intermediate 1st year in Telangana Social Welfare Residential Junior Colleges. The list of colleges, groups and special coaching offered are detailed against each category of College. TSWRJC CET 2019 is a Common Entrance Test for Admission into Telangana Social Welfare Residential Junior Colleges for the academic year (2019-2020).

TS Social Welfare Entrance Test 2019 for Inter Admissions in TSWREIS Junior Colleges
1. TSWR Sainik Junior College (State Wide Institution) [TSWRJC CET 1st and 2nd Screening Tests]
2. IITs, COEs, Inter with Coaching Colleges  [TSWRJC CET 1st and 2nd Screening Tests]
3. Other COEs  [TSWRJC CET 1st and 2nd Screening Tests]

Eligibility for TSWRJC CET 2019:
TS Gurukul RJC CET 2019 for Inter 1st year admissions in TS Social Welfare Junior Colleges
Educational Qualification:
The students who are appearing for SSC Public Examination in March-2019 / 10th class from ICSE / CBSE on regular basis are eligible to write the TSWREIS RJC Entrance test.
a. The students who secure A1 to B2 in SSC are eligible for admission in to SAINIK/IIT/COEs and b. the students who pass SSC in March, 2019 (on regular basis) are eligible for admission into General (Non specialized) institutions and Vocational Colleges.
c. The students from Telugu Medium OR English Medium are eligible for this entrance test.

Annual Income: 
The annual income of the parent shall not exceed Rs.2,00,000/- per annum (for Urban students) and Rs.1,50,000/- (for Rural students) as certified by MRO.

Age Limit:
The age of the students shall not exceed 17 years as on 31.08.2019. In case of SC students and SC converted Christian relaxation of age for 2 years will be allowed.

The students should produce all relevant certificates at the time of admission, then only the admission will be confirmed.




Reservation for Inter 1st year admissions:
TSWREIS Entrance Test 2019 for Inter Admissions in all TSWR Junior Colleges.
a. Community wise reservation:
Reservation
1. SC 75%
2. SC converted Christian 2%
3. ST 6%
4. BC 12%
5. Minorities 3%
6. OC / EBC 2%
Total : 100
b. 3% of overall seats shall be reserved to the Physically Handicapped (Orthopedically handicapped,
Hearing impaired and Visually handicapped, Loco-motor disabled) students irrespective of caste,
who can attend their work without anybody’s help based on the certificate issued by the Medical
Board.
c. PH candidates (Divyanga category) are not eligible for admission into SAINIK Junior College.


Selection Method for TSWRJC CET 2019:
Admission procedure / selection process for TS Social Welfare Inter 1st year admissions. The admission shall be provided based on the merit in TSWREIS RJC CET 2019 and community reservation. First level Screening test would be conducted and after there shall be a second level screening test for the students willing to join IIT / COE / TSWR Sainik Junior College, Rukmapur.
a. Meritorious students who opted for TSWR Sainik Junior College & who are physically fit shall be short listed for 2nd screening test for admission into Sainik School Rukmapur in the ratio of 1:3 (Community wise).
b. Since the TSWR IIT Gowlidoddi, TSWR COE (G) Gowlidoddi, TSWR COE(Co-Ed) Karimnagar are State level Institutions, the candidates shall be short listed, gender wise & community wise in the ratio of 1:3 from the State merit list for 2nd screening test for providing admission into these three institutions.
c. The students for other COEs (Region wise / Old District wise) shall be short listed for 2nd screening test in the ratio of 1:3 community wise (for each seat three students) from the concerned region merit list for providing admission into these institutions.
d. The students who are not willing to join in IIT / COEs and who are not short listed in the 1;3 ratio, need not appear for the 2nd screening test.
e. The students opted for HEC group (or) Vocational Colleges also need not appear for 2nd screening test. On the basis of merit in the 1st screening and reservation pattern, these seats shall be filled.
d. Admission into non specialized colleges (without IIT / JEE / NEET / EAMCET / CLAT etc. orientation) shall be provided according to the merit secured in 1st screening test and community reservation, duly taking the students who have not secured seat in Sainik & IIT / COEs

Online applying instructions:
a. The applicant must submit his / her application only through ONLINE by visiting website www.tswreis.in.
b. Application Fee: There is a registration fee of Rs.100/- for submission of application through ONLINE from any Internet centre through NET banking / Credit Card / Debit Card.
c. Before filling the application through online the candidate have to read the information/ prospectus already uploaded in the website www.tswreis.in.[*ADVICE : they can prepare a hard copy first and then fill though online to avoid mistakes].
d. Please upload the photo and signature of the candidate within 100 kb size only.
e. The Candidates must opt the colleges while applying on-line. The candidates shall be considered for admission into the colleges according to their option, based on the availability of seats in those Institutions and based on their merit in that caste. The option once exercised is final and cannot be changed.
f. TSWRJC CET Hall tickets:
a. 1st Screening Test Hall ticket:
The Candidates are advised to download the Hall ticket from 11.02.2019 to 16.02.2019 for appearing to the 1st screening test scheduled on 17.02.2019. The candidate should fill the bonafide Certificate (provided at the bottom of the Hall ticket) and get signed by the Head Master / Principal concerned where he / she is studying 10th class and handover it to the Invigilator at the time of entrance test.
b. 2nd Screening Test Hall ticket:
The candidates who are shortlisted for 2nd screening test should download the Hall ticket separately and no candidate is allowed to appear for 2nd screening test with 1st screening test Hall ticket.
g. The parameters for Physical fitness in case of Social Welfare SAINIK Junior College, Rukmapur, Karimnagar District shall be given separately (ANNEXURE - A)

Exam Pattern of TSWRJC CET 2019:
1. This is a paper based OMR test and will be held on 17.02.2019 in the following subjects for 160 marks.
2. The Questions will be of multiple choice type [MCQs].
3. Each question carries ONE mark. Each Question has only one correct answer.
4. For each wrong answer ¼ mark shall be deducted.
5. 4 sets of question papers (SET-A, SET-B, SET-C & SET-D) shall be there duly jumbling the questions.
6. The candidates should write and bubble from the set of question paper given to them in the space provided in OMR without fail. Otherwise the valuation cannot be done.
7.  The entrance test question paper shall be in bilingual form (i.e., in both English and Telugu Media).
8. Applicants can answer the questions either in Telugu or in English at Admission Level test. The medium of instruction at intermediate level shall be English only.

A. 1st Level Screening Test:
a. Entrance Exam Date: 17.02.2019 from 10:00 am to 01:00 pm
b. Subjects and Marks
Maths: 30 Marks
Physical Science: 30 Marks
Bio Science: 30 Marks
Social Studies: 30 Marks
English (Comprehension & Grammar): 20 Marks

B. 2nd Level Screening test:
Subjects and Marks
There shall be a second level screening test for the students willing to join IIT / COE / TSWR Sainik Junior College, Rukmapur.  2nd screening test shall be descriptive and for 150 marks as detailed below. [Date of 2nd screening test shall be informed later through SMS (OR) Paper news & Society website]
Exam pattern for For MPC:
1. Maths 45
2. Physics 45
3. Chemistry 45
4. English comprehension 15
TOTAL : 150
Exam pattern for MPC, BPC, CEC & MEC:
1. Maths/ Physics/ Chemistry / Bio SCi = 45 Marks, Social = 55 Marks for MPC, BPC, CEC & MEC
2. English comprehension = 15 Marks compulsory for all MPC, BPC, CEC & MEC
7. General Knowledge and Current affairs = 35 Marks for CEC & MEC
TOTAL 150 150 150





Admission into TSWR Sainik Junior College (State Wide Institution):
1. The Boy students who are not physically handicapped are only eligible into this College and only MPC group is available.
2. From the State level merit list of 1st screening test, the students who opted for Sainik Junior College shall only be shortlisted (community wise) in the ratio of 1:3.
3. The list of eligible candidates for 2nd screening test can be obtained / seen from the website of Society.
4. The candidates shortlisted for SAINIK School, based on the merit and reservation in 2nd screening test have to undergo the 3rd test i.e Physical fitness test (Mandatory).
5. Those who could not succeed in Physical test shall be considered for admission into IIT Gowlidoddi / COE Karimnagar and Other COEs, according to their merit and community reservation and option chosen.
6. 2nd screening test shall be descriptive and for 150 marks as detailed below. [Date of 2nd screening test shall be informed later through SMS (OR) Paper news & Society website]

Admissions into IITs, COEs, Inter with Coaching Colleges:
Admission into IIT Gowlidoddi (Boys), Centre for Excellence, Karimnagar(Co-Ed) and Gowlidoddi (Girls) (Intermediate with coaching for IIT, JEE, NEET, EAMCET, CLAT and etc.).
1. The students shall be shortlisted according to state level merit in the ratio of 1:3 for appearing 2nd screening test for admission into these three state level Colleges.
2. The 2nd screening test shall be for 150 marks, the subjects and marks are as follows : -
Exam pattern:
a. Maths/ Physics/ Chemistry / Bio SCi = 45 Marks, Social = 55 Marks for MPC, BPC, CEC & MEC
b. English comprehension = 15 Marks compulsory for all MPC, BPC, CEC & MEC
c. General Knowledge and Current affairs = 35 Marks for CEC & MEC

3. The list of eligible candidates for 2nd screening test can be obtained / seen from the website of the Society i.e., www.tswreis.in
4.  The entrance test question paper will be in bilingual form (i.e., in both English and Telugu Media) and the questions are in descriptive type.
5. Applicants can answer the questions either in Telugu or English at Admission Level test. The medium of instruction at intermediate level will be English only.
6. Admission will be provided to the selected students based on the merit and reservation (Group wise and Gender wise).
7. Since these three Institutions are State level institutions, the selection shall be on the merit at State level in 2nd screening test and allotment of college shall be made by the Secretary, TSWREIS only.
8. The candidates who are not selected for these three colleges shall be considered for admission into other COEs on regional merit, gender wise and community basis, as per the option chosen by them at the time of filling on-line application.
9. The Secretary, TSWREIS has discretion power to fix up the subject wise qualifying marks for admission into State Level Institutions and COEs.
10. The candidates who could not get the seat in IIT/COEs are eligible for admission into Regular Intermediate institutions according to the merit obtained in 1st screening test only ( 2nd screening test results will not be taken into consideration) in case of the students who write the 2nd screening test.

Admission into Other COEs :
1. Basing on the region wise (old district wise) merit secured in the 1st screening test, the candidate shall be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:3 (Community wise). 
2, 2nd screening test, distribution of marks etc. are one and the same for the State level three Institutions and COEs.
3. The Secretary has right to allot candidate from one region to another region as per the availability of seats. 

Admission into General, Vocational Inter TSWRJCs:
a. General Intermediate [IPE Syllabus only] TSWRJCs
The admission into these colleges shall be according to the merit obtained in the 1st screening test and option chosen by the candidate (community wise & gender wise). 
b. Vocational Colleges :
The admission into Vocational Colleges shall be on the basis of merit secured at 1st screening test and option chosen by the candidate.





Instructions to Candidates:
1. The marks secured by the candidate in any of the screening test shall not be displayed (or) revealed to the candidates / parents / others.
2. There is no provision for revaluation of the answer scripts at the 1st level screening test as this result is processed through scanning and sufficient care is taken to ensure accuracy. 
3. There shall be no revaluation for 2nd screening test also.
4. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Secretary, TSWREIS shall be final and binding on the candidates.
5. The provisional selection of the candidate shall not vest any right with the candidate to secure admission. The admission shall be confirmed only on production of the required documents as stated in the online application and in accordance to prospectus (failing which admission may be cancelled).
6. Examination centre for the 1st screening test shall be District wise.
7. Examination for the 2nd screening test shall be District wise (or) Old District wise according to the No. of eligible candidates.
8. The candidates who are shortlisted for 2nd screening test should download the Hall ticket separately and no candidate is allowed to appear for 2nd screening test with 1st screening test Hall ticket.
9. The Secretary reserves right to postpone / modify / change admission test schedule.
10. Any information regarding this test shall be sent to the registered Mobile Number of the candidate through SMS. Hence, the candidates are directed not to change the Mobile Number.
